We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely happy, we offer easy, stress-free returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Start a Return

   or use our Contact Page to request a return.

2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and simple instructions.

3. Send your item back to our Brooklyn, NY facility.

Returns must be approved before sending. Unapproved returns won’t be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To qualify, items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and in original packaging

• With tags and proof of purchase

Some items, like custom or personal care products, can’t be returned. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

Exchanges

Need a different item? No problem! As soon as we receive your return, we’ll automatically ship your replacement. If the item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund.

Damaged or Wrong Items?

We’ve got you covered! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, just let us know, and we’ll make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank.
